The chain of official responsibility for our torture policies in Guantanamo Bay Cuba, Iraq, Afghanistan, by others via extra-ordinary rendition, or otherwise ,has long since been established.

There is a reason no one with command responsibility has been fired over this.

The torture question is as easy as the one about Grant's tomb.
