Lieberman of the Lieberman Party

In a show of the strength, confidence and conviction that we all know him for, Joementum laid the groundwork today for running for Senate in the event (just in case) he loses the Connecticut Democratic Party primary to Ned Lamont: he filed papers to run in the "Connecticut for Lieberman" party. So how do you designate his party affiliation after his name?

I'll go with Lieberman (Lieberman-CT).
